SUNRISE (hotel) at Hacienda San Joaquin...update

Construction of our hotel, Sunrise at Hacienda San Joaquin, is on schedule. The first photo is from June 2008, taken shortly after construction began.
The other three photos were taken February 20, 2009.
The large roof trusses were erected by hand and pulley! No crane was used. Work continues on the roof structure.
All of the concrete in this structure was mixed by hand and small concrete mixers! All of this work continues as well.
We hope to have the Sunrise Hotel ready by the end of this year and the adjacent health spa complete in 2010.
The beautiful furnished villas where guests will stay, two bedrooms and two baths, 1,500 square feet plus, that surround the hotel and have spectacular views are available for purchase in two profit-sharing plans.
1. Full Ownership of a furnished villa is $188,800. An owner can use the villa for four weeks a year at no cost and receive 50% of the revenue from the hotel which manages the villa for guest usage for the remainder of the time.
2. One-fourth Ownership of a furnished villa is $59,000. An owner can own one-fourth of a villa (12 weeks ownership), use it for two weeks a year at no cost, and receive 50% of the revenue from the hotel which manages the villa for guest usage for the remaining ten weeks of the quarter.
